AFCAD
AFCAD is a joint research project which aims to rapidly develop high temperature polymer electrolyte membrane (HTPEM) fuel cell technology for aviation.
AFCAD is supported by the Department for Business and Trade, the Aerospace Technology Institute and Innovate UK.
ODIN
Operation to Decarbonize Interconnectivity in Norway (ODIN) aims to validate the technical performance and economic case for utilizing hydrogen-electric aircraft in commercial operations.
The project will culminate with 15 aircraft flying across a 15 airport network in Norway.
LH-SIFT
The Liquid Hydrogen System Integration & Flight Test (LH-SIFT) will rapidly develop and build a Liquid Hydrogen Management System (LHMS) for flight test.
The project is supported by the Aerospace Technology Institute, Department for Business and Trade and Innovate UK.
VHyTTA
Versatile Hydrogen Transfer for Transport Applications (VHyTTA) is developing the next-generation hydrogen refuelling infrastructure for decarbonisation of large-scale transport.
ZeroAvia is working to design and construct a mobile LH₂ refueller serving aircraft and ships.
